Actualize all - packages using dblink are not actualized

Dear Erman,

We have ran actualize_all on our test instance(12.2.5).We have 4 dblinks from erp server to sqlserver.Few of the custom packages are using these packages to insert some data.After running actualize,these packages are not actualized.Is there any restriction on packages that use dblinks?

Database link is a code object, but  it is not an editionable one.

It seems there is no such limitation..

Send me the related ad_objects query output, so I can see the ACTUAL column value for those.. What is the validation status of those objects?
What happens when you issue alter package compile? (note that alter..compile always actualizes objects)
