Add new Database Node with VM to existing Exadata

IlgizN
Hello,
Please help,
I want to add new Database Node with VM to existing Exadata.
I have Exadata 1/4 with oracle VM (8 cluster)
I want to add new Database node.
If use to reconfigure existing OEDA conf file, after add 1 DB server all configuration from OEDA file lost.
After add new DB server all IP address will change.
How I can add new DB server to existing Exadata and cluster.
Could you please send step by step procedure.
Many thanks.

What do you mean by "all configuration from OEDA file lost"?

Did you check this MOS document ? -> Adding New Nodes to existing Clusters on Exadata VM environments using OEDA (Doc ID 2286633.1)

Note that: Starting with July, 2017 OEDA Release, a new feature to add and remove nodes to/from existing clusters on Exadata VM environments has been added. Please note that this feature is currently available only on OVM environments[Linux].

The document I sent you in my last update seems archived.. I can't reach it anymore through Oracle Support. Please check the following -> https://docs.oracle.com/en/engineered-systems/exadata-database-machine/dbmmr/extending-exadata.html .Extending and Multi-Rack Cabling Guide 1.4.7 Adding Servers to a Cluster. .This will redirect you to Edata Maintanence Guide - Managing Oracle VM Domains on Oracle Exadata Database Machine https://docs.oracle.com/en/engineered-systems/exadata-database-machine/dbmmn/managing-oracle-vm-domains.html .Check the section named -> 5.16 Expanding an Oracle VM Oracle RAC Cluster on Exadata .Read & follow it, does it help?
