ADOP apply phase fails due to automatic data prompting issue in EBS 12.2.6 environment.

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
ADOP apply phase fails due to automatic data prompting issue in EBS 12.2.6 environment.

When running "adop phase=apply" command, the system automatically populates incorrect values (scapps1 and system123) in the prompts as following

Your previous AutoPatch session did not run to completion.
Do you wish to continue with your previous AutoPatch session [Yes] ? system123

Please enter either Yes or No.

Do you wish to continue with your previous AutoPatch session [Yes] ? scapps1

Please enter either Yes or No.

Do you wish to continue with your previous AutoPatch session [Yes] ? abort

Environment: EBS 12.2.6 on Oracle 19c PDB (CLONEPDB)
Patches attempting to apply: 36119925, 36303698
Session ID: 45

The ADOP process appears to be using cached or incorrect default password values instead of prompting for correct credentials or using proper defaults file configuration.

Problem Category/Subcategory

[04] Patch Application Failures (adop, adpatch, opatch)

I'm never asked about adpatch prompt and system123 and scapps1 are my apps and system passwords

Why don't you force a new patching session bytheway? You are only using adop apply command, there are arguments that you can use for not getting those prompts (for instance the restart argument..) please check the documentation of adop.

And... If you are not okay with those cached entries, probably a cleanup is needed for getting rid of them.

adop logs may tell you additional things on this.
