I am trying to skip the failed worker but failed patch is unable to progress.

No progress in failed patch session..it just stays with failed status

We realized that we should nt skip the  worker. Error below

one of my collegue say to use options=noparallel but this downtime mode is not considering it.

Do we need to go to patch environment and run adctrl? are we missing something.Can you please guide us?

noparallel option seems logical. (because you have "ORA-33288: Another user has incompatible access to analytic workspace") -- it is already documented -> ORA-33272: Analytic Workspace ODPCODE Cannot be Opened Error When Installing Patch 4398235 (Doc ID 462412.1)

But it is for adpatch.. For earlier releases..

There is an instruction in MOS.. You can give it a try...

MSDODPCODE.sql is for product removed from the system starting in 12.2.5
This file does not need to be run at all.

Open your merged driver file
Find line that executes MSDODPCODE.sql and comment out this line by putting # in front
Retry patching.
