Adop error

Hi Erman;
I am upgrading EBS 12.2.0 to 12.2.4..All ETCC bug fixes successfully applied and check but when i applied Consolidated seed table upgrade patch on run file in hotpatch mode i found this error.

Check again the ETCC patches using-> the EBS Technology Codelevel Checker (ETCC) delivered via Patch 17537119. Further instructions are available in Doc ID 2008451.1. You must download and install the latest version.

Also check any missing RDBMS patches make sure you review the README files and run any post install steps.

Run the adgrants.sql script (just in case)
Also check your invalids..  Especially ad_zd..
