All Responosbilities are Coming as "Undefined"

Hi Erman,

We are at 12.2.6 and since yesterday our users started reporting when they login they see all responsibilities are coming as "undefined" in IE11. In Mozilla the names are coming but clicking on them has no effect.

Till now,

We did,
1. Cache Clearing on Browser.
2. Bounce MT
3. Adadmin->egenerate Product JAR Files
4. Compile JSP

Still no luck.

In OHS logs I see this messages,

If you are not on latest AD-TXK patch levels, please upgrade to the latest AD-TXK patch level first.
Then test.. If the issue persist even after applying latest AD-TXK, we will check further..

did you check the "oacore" log files?
any errors reported there?

Hey Erman,

Yes we are on Ad-TXK D9. There was not much error in OACORE logs. I did checked them thoroughly.
Anyway I had to apply latest OAF Consolidated Patch 7 for 12.2.6 to get this fixed with advise from Oracle Support. Something I dint like as we never get to know the root cause of the issue and end up applying patches.

You were hitting a bug then, which is not documented. (for this specific case)

you applied 26792877: ORACLE APPLICATION FRAMEWORK (FWK) RELEASE 12.2.6 BUNDLE 7, right?

For these kinds of errors, OAF upgrade is generally recommended.

For ex: this one -> Responsibilities Are Not Visible In IE 10 (Doc ID 2058072.1)
This is for 12.2.4, and the note says: apply "Patch 21564727: ORACLE APPLICATION FRAMEWORK (FWK) RELEASE 12.2.4 CONSOLIDATED BUNDLE 3"

So, probably, you were hitting an internal bug..

I have the same problem. My ebs system version is 12.2.7, Ad-txk D10.
I applied patch 27308923 (26792877 replacement options),but no resolved.

Same problem, right? (Responsibilities are showing as undefined when logging in with any user through Internet Explorer 10)

Did you apply the latest replacement -> 26924548:R12.FWK.C?

My client is IE11, I just applied this patch 26924548.

But the problem still exists.
