All request are running except one

Hello,

I have issue came up today that one of the request Mass Additions Posting Report have (inactive, no manager) on status. While all the manager are running and up. Normally this reports takes 1 to 2 min max to completes.

Can you please shed some light on this.

Next time, please attach screenshots / log files (if you can) and also specify your EBS version next time.

Hi Erman,

The Application release is 12.1.3 and database version is 11.2.0.4.

I will update you after checking the mentioned steps in SR about the ICM and specialization rules concurrent manager. Also I will update the screenshots tomorrow.
