Autoconfig delet profile option

Hi,
On R12.2.4 on AIX
DB 11.2.0.4
The following Profile Option is deleted after running autoconfig or ADOP. Is it normal?:



How can we avoid that while running Autoconfig or ADOP?

What is the value of s_wfmail_agent in your apps tier context file?

Note that, The profile option WF_MAIL_WEB_AGENT can be blank, if the profile option APPS_FRAMEWORK_AGENT is pointing to physical host. This is the only condition that it can be blank.
If APPS_FRAMEWORK_AGENT points to load balancing / or a virtual URL then WF_MAIL_WEB_AGENT must set to the physical address.

In our case :
 
in context file we have :
<wfmail_agent oa_var="s_wfmail_agent"/>

APPS_FRAMEWORK_AGENT   profile option points to reverse proxy server.

WF_MAIL_WEB_AGENT  profile option points to physical server.

Seems they are as you recommended.

How to avoid that autoconfig delete WF_MAIL_WEB_AGENT  profile option ?

You dont have the required setting for that context variable in your context file, so update your context file accordingly..

You need to use the url of that agent as the value of that xml tag. the url of  Workflow Mailer Framework Web Agent. Check the context file for the other xml tags and see how these settings are done.. You can do it. This is just a xml update.
