Autoconfig fails after upgrade to 19c

Dear erman,

We retrieved the utl file dir values before upgrade using
perl $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil/bin/txkCfgUtlfileDir.pl -contextfile=/u01/suppdb/12.1.0/supp.xml
-oraclehome=/u01/suppdb/12.1.0 -outdir=/tmp
-upgradedhome=<19c ORACLE_HOME> -mode=setUtlFileDir -servicetype=onpremise


But we missed to set them.Now autoconfig in apps tier failing at

(/u01/suppl/apps/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/bin/txkCfgUtlfileDir.pl)

TIME :

FUNCTION: main::getUtlFileDirParam [ Level 1 ]

ERRORMSG: Unable to read UTL_FILE_DIR parameter.

Any options to resolve this.
