BYE Lost mailbox

On 11.5.10.2  on AIX ,DB 11.2.0.4

Do you have any information about "BYE Lost mailbox" message in  Workflow mailer  FNDCPGSCnnnnnn.txt file.

When it arrives? And how to reproduce it?

I can not check Oracle Support at the moment.. There is a planned maitnanence-outgage there..

But! This IMAP exception may be thrown when the workflow mailer is not able lock the imap mail box. There may be someone/or somesytem/some EBS environment, which is also trying to access the emails from the same IMAP account using a different email client/email processor/workflow processor..

So check this situation and ensure that there is no such contention.. Workflow mailer's Imap account should not be shared to anyone or to any other EBS environment.. It should be dedicated to a single EBS environment.. Also if your imap admin is trying to check the inbox of the imap account using a webmail client or something, tell him to be careful..
