Backup existing users and resp - refresh

Dear erman,

We need to take backup of existing users and their responsibilities from target instance before we refresh it from prod.Can you suggest any method to restore the existing users and their corresponding resp after refresh?

You can use FNDLOAD for this.
Check this command and its types of usage.
