Can't Find xdo.cfg in 12.2.4

Dears,

I have a requirement for QR Code in XML Publisher report.
For that I need to map the Font in XDO.cfg file.
But I could not find the file in 12.2.4 version.
Could you please help me where I can locate the file.

Modify xdo.cfg and upload to $OA_JRE_TOP/lib. & $XDO_TOP.

Below changes I need to do in the xdo.cfg file.
