Can't access Oracle EBS r12.2.4

Hi Erman,

How are you ? I hope fine.

I cloned an UAT environment from production.
In the production we have SSO and SSL that I don't want in the cloned environment.

I can get the connection screen in: http://****:8001/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp

where I enter : sysadmin/****

directly I have the following error:

Error Page
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

and the url will become:

http://****:8001/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?OAFunc=OANEWHOMEPAGE

I tried to deactivate ssl in httpd.conf file and update every thing in the database.

Our Oracle EBS is 12.2.4 and database is Version 19.25.0.0.0 (RAC).

It seems your environment is still working with SSL/TLS and SSL-side is broken.

Disable it properly, then see what will happen.

Enabling SSL or TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2143101.1) -> do the opposite of enabling

Thank you for your feedback.

Actually it's working I don't know how, I didn't do any thing (only restarting OHS many times but I have done this before when I modified httpd.conf !)

Even I reactivate calling ssl.conf file in the httpd.conf and it works !!

Any way it's working, how I don't know but it working fine ...

I'll take a look in the doc ID.
