Cannot connect to APEX from E-Business menu

Hi,
On R12.2.4 DB 11.2.0.4 we cannot Access The Apex URL From The E-business suite Menu.

We receive 502 Bad gateway message.

per following

Unable To Access The Apex URL From The E-business suite Menu (Doc ID 2703791.1)

We might change FND_SEC_ALLOW_UNRESTRICTED_REDIRECT profile option.
After change should we run Autoconfig? Or restart application server? or both?

Restart the application services and retry..

no instructions for autoconfig..
