Compatibility Oracle EBS 11.5.9

Hi Erman,

Actually customers switched their Windows from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

However, accessing to EBS doesn't work :-(

what are requirement for the compatibility of Oracle EBS 11.5.9 with Windows 10 ?

There is no specific compatability document for EBS 11.5.9.
You can check "Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite 11i (Doc ID 285218.1)"

I asked Customer for the error message. However, how about JRE ? Especially if they have both Oracle R12 and 11.5.9 ?
