Configuring Workflow Notification Mailer on EBS R12.2.4 (Only SMTP)

Hi,

I am configuring Work Flow Notification Mailer (Only SMTP) on EBS r12.2.4. I am receiving error (screenshot of error attached).

I telnet the SMTP Server and it is working fine. I also checked the username thru telnet and it is able to send to the recipient.

I would appreciate your advice and solution.

What is the username? because as I see from the screenshot, your username is no_reply, is it correct? Maybe your mailserver wants a domain as well. [e-mail] (did you ask this to your mail server admin?)

Did you do the telnet test on your EBS Apps server?
