Convert 32 bit Linux to 64 bit - rhel 5.5

Hi Erman,

Environment

Rhel 5.5 32 bit
Ebs r12.1.3
Database 11.1.0.7

We are migrating rhel 5.5 32 bit to 64 bit

We started the migration.Following 471566.1 and in that 762669.1,as we are on 11.1.0.7

We have installed rhel 5.5 4bit on new server and all prerequisites are met.

Step 2 says to create rdbms oracle home on target machine.
That means do we have to install base 11.1.0 software and then apply patch set 11.1.0.7 on top it?

Is it not possible to directly install 11.1.0.7 software
