Hi Erman,

I have changed oracle sid and database name from PMTG to UMTG. Database and listener are both up and running. When I run autoconfig, I am getting 'Oracle not available' from log.
adconfig.log

Please advise.

Which document did you follow for this operation?
This is an EBS, so db sid change should be reflected to the EBS specific autoconfig configuration as well.
use adbldxml.pl to rebuild your context file accordingly and then run autoconfig.
