Databases to use Oracle forms and reports

Dear Sir,

We have developed an application in Oracle forms and reports which is running on Oracle weblogic with Oracle database. Is there any other database on which we can deploy this type of application or any platform?

The is no direct way to connect Oracle Forms to a non-Oracle Database.  In order to do this, Forms must be connect to an Oracle Database that has the Oracle Transparent Gateway configured to access the non-Oracle Database.
So, the quick answer is no.
