Dynamic Lov assigned to form

Hello,

There is a form of Misc. Transaction in inventory. There is a field of transaction source when i try to look for its record group i found null. I want to task how can i see its lov or select statement means how this field is lov'ed on form. because i want to restrict this lov based on what user selects in type. if user select account alias issue only return source should be shown. Is this doable.

This is a functional question.
So it is beyond of the scope.
It is not my expertise..
