EBS Application with Dataguard

Hi,
I have EBS 12.1 that running on Oracle Dataguard architecture.I need to test, switchover procedure(I will setup new server for EBS Apps tier and I will use standby database for new apps db.). I will clone live apps tier and I will move to new server. I will complete standart clone procedure for apps tier. But I confused for db tier. Can u help me for this topic ?

Follow -> Business Continuity for Oracle E-Business Release 12.1 Using Oracle 11g Release 2 Physical Standby Database (Doc ID 1070033.1) .

There is a section related with the thing that you ask for : "Section 4: Creating a Physical Standby Database"

You need to follow the document above, line by line to build a proper EBS standby env.. (both for apps tier and db tier)
