Hi,

for production instance, we can access the application in browser without adding the hostname and ip in hosts file(IP:port on browser). On my cloned instance I need to add the IP and hostname in hosts file. I cannot access using IP:port on browser. I need to insert IP and hostname in hosts file first.

Did you  add the Cloned instance hostnames to DNS ?
Ask this to your DNS admin/Domain admin.
