EBS databse - Converting to Multi-tenant fails

Dear Erman,

Env: Apps R12.2.5 and db 12.1.0.2

We upgraded the database to 19c. We followed 2552181.1(interoperability notes:EBS R12.2 with 19c).

We followed each and every step.

Check for PDB violation fails with error. We raised SR but no progress. Need your expertise.

Error: PDB compatibility check didnt go through successfully. Attached logs.files.zip

Please explain your problem Satish. that file you sent( compatible.zip ) is already empty.

Please explain it here.. Highlight the important issues or errors.. Support your explanation by the log files /or outputs. Do not send unnecessary files please.. Just the relevant files. Name them carefully (so I can understand their relevance easily. Unfortunately, I don't have that time to dig into those files, and find evidences to an unclear problem.
