English menu in french interface

R12.2.9 DB 19c on AIX, intsalled from scratch.

In First page when connected in french we have English menu:



Do you have any idea?

Check your translation patches.. Maybe there was a problem during those patches and that's why that specific definition is still in English. You should review the translation process and ensure that you are OK to go.. Reapplying the translation patch may solve the issue.
