Error while running ETL job in AACG production

Our GRC Apps and DB reside in the same server and there was a change in the IP of the grc server from 10.254.4.124 to 10.160.30.60.
and our GRC server is connected with oracle ebs and while running ETL with ebs we get issue now. gives some ODI repositoty exception error.

 ERROR [Thread-75] OdiInstanceManager:161 Exception during ODI connect:
oracle.odi.core.config.WorkRepositoryResourceFailureException: ODI-10182: Uncategorized exception during repository access.
Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLException: Exception occurred while getting connection: oracle.ucp.UniversalConnectionPoolException: Cannot get Connection from Datasource: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

Hi,

It is obvious that there is a database configuration issue there.
ODI can not connect to your database.
You need to check your connection configuration..
