FAACCPB showing poor performance

Hi Eran,

How are you ? I hope fine.

Customer complains about his request taking long time than before (FAACCPB).
However we can't find any error explaining this behavior. log files show a norma status of completion.

What is the procedure to follow to identify the difference or to know what's wrong.
