FNDCPASS issue

Oracle E-Business suite 12.13

Hi,

when I am changing the apps password, I am getting

APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 28000 in AFPCOA

Cause: AFPCOA failed due to ORA-28000: the account is locked
.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was:  and was executed from the file .
you have mail in /usr/spool/mail/applprod


Is i change the applsys password,

applprod>FNDCPASS APPLSYS/e2qmd9b8 0 Y system/nZT6M8ud SYSTEM APPLSYS e2qmd9b8
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 6550 in afpoload

Cause: afpoload failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 19:
PLS-00201: identifier 'FND_RELEASE.MAJOR_VERSION' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored.

The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: begin :release := fnd_release.major_version;end; and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.
APP-FND-00434: AFPRCP:Failed to initialize profile option values :

Please advise.

For account locked
----------------------
First find which account is locked..
Then unlock it.
Probably in your case APPLSYS is locked.
 Run the following sql to verify the account is locked.

select USERNAME, LOCK_DATE , EXPIRY_DATE
from dba_users
where USERNAME = 'APPLSYS';

If the sql shows the account to be locked:

alter user APPLSYS account unlock;
