After JDK7 upgrade, 10 Arabic forms are failed to compile, I have raised a SR to oracle , as per oracle support advice I have maintain the snapshot information through adadmin and select Full APPL_TOP to synchronized.

Oracle advised to apply a NLS patch for synchronized the files version from Base level and NLS Language.

So my question is here, once apply that NLS patch, is there any impact on oracle application related to customization , API, etc.

So, you are about to apply a translation sync patch (you requested it from Oracle by following the related action plan)..
It is not related with the customizations Raiq1. (unless you customized a standard object -- this is already an unsupported move, so probably you didn't do that.)

Dear Erman sir,

I think you are still not getting my point, after applying with transaction sync patch, is there any impact for current running system For e.g:- custom APIS, custom forms etc.

I understand you Raiq and answered.
You should apply that NLS sync patch while your services are running by the way.. You are on 12.1.3, so you need to be in maintanence mode for doing these patching activities. So you talking about an impact on "current running system",  but this is irrelevant.
