Forms Screens

Hi Erman,

Agfter cloning an environment and adding nodes to master one, Forms screen direct always to master node (the first one) and we can't access at all to forms screens.

How can explain this ? Where can we correct it ?

we found that $FORMS_WEB_CONFIG_FILE is not updated. Why ?
Is it a bug ?

You have a multi-node apps tier , right?

Do you have  a Load balancer setup for EBS?

Is this EBS 12.2?

Yes it's multi-node AppsTier with loabalancer.

Version: 12.2.4

Hi and Sorry for the delay Erman,

This file (appsweb.cfg) contained the master server name (server1) instead of the newly cloned and added server (server7): we replaced server1 by server7 manually in the following parameters of this file:

1--> EndUserMonitoringURL=http://server7.doamin:8001/oracle_smp_chronos/oracle_smp_chronos_sdk.gif
2--> serverName=server7
3--> sun_plugin_url=http://server7.domain:8001/OA_HTML/oaj2se.exe
4--> servletAgent=http://server7.domain:8001/OA_HTML

Even autoconfig doesn't modify this file.

Did you enabled the Load Balancer using the following ?
