Forms error

Hi Erman,

Happy new year 2018 with all the best.

I cloned an environment and actually tryin connections when I face the following error:

FRM-92101: There was a failure in the Forms Server during startup. This could happen due to invalid configuration
oracle.forms.net.ConnectionException: Connection from new browser window not supported

        at sun.plugin2.applet.Plugin2Manager$AppletExecutionRunnable.run(Unknown Source)

I could access to the application once in frensh language and after that no access (with the previous error).

1)Please give me all the details.

EBS version.
SSL implemented or not
Forms signed or not
Internet Explorer version
JRE client version
etc..

2)Please send me the screenshot representing the error..
I need to see all the navigation

3)Does this issue appear after closing a form and reopening it , or forms not opening at all?

4)Did you test this after cleaning all your browser caches?

5)What do you have in java console (client side java console)?

1) It's an Oracle EBS 12.2.4
Internet Exploer version: 8.0.6001.18702
Java Plug-in 11.121.2.13 x86
Using JRE version 1.8.0_121-b13 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM

SSL implemented or not --> where to see that
Forms signed or not --> where to see that

2) please find the screenshot of error messages in the attached document.Errors_screens.docx
 
3) This issue happened after reopenning form.

4) Yes I cleaned the browser cache

5) In the console Java is the error for this post.

Why are you using JRE 1.8? It is very high version, lots of security enhancements there and there are things that need to do for using it with EBS.

Check R12: Recommended Browsers for Oracle E-Business Suite (Doc ID 389422.1)

Your browser version is too old also.. IE 8..
