House Keeping in EBSR12

raiq1
Dear Erman,

I need your support to delete the files for $APPLTMP directory that has occupied more then 187 GB space .

[oracle@prodapp12]$ du -khs appltmp

187G    appltmp

cd /u02/oracle/PROD/inst/apps/PROD_prodapp12/appltmp

After listing I found lot of files *.t & xdo*.tmp, cxml*.dat,xdo*.fo

I have no idea to delete the files manually or it has any impact the system.

Below are the examples

-rw-r--r-- 1 oracle oradba   17442583 Aug 29 09:10 OFjd59KE.t

Files Get Created In The $APPLTMP Directory And Fills The Drive (Doc ID 730342.1)
Temporary Files Not Removed From %APPLTMP% (Doc ID 395880.1)

Actually, you need to check the contents of those files.. You should check at least some of them (one from each category) and decide accordingly. If they seem unrelated with the running applications, you may consider deleting them when the apps services are down.. But! please review the notes and I just sent to you, first.
