How to check Technology Stack Versions and Components - Oracle E-Business Applications

I found a sql but now i lost query and cant find again, have you got any sql to find what i need to know?

like (oracle_common version,weblogic version,webtier)

NOTE:I dont want "perl $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/TXKScript.pl".This is not right for oracle_common etc
