How to disable the added language (Arabic) in r12.2.5 EBS

how to disable the arabic language which is already enabled in my ebs 12.2.5 ?

You can not disable it.
You have to restore from backup.

Or you can remove the incorrect language from the login page, and prevent the users from selecting it.
