Dear Erman,

We are upgrading 12c database 2 node to 19c.

Following Using Oracle 19c Oracle RAC Multitenant (Single PDB) with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 (Doc ID 2530665.1)

8.2 Implement AutoConfig on the PDBs on the Remaining Oracle RAC Nodes in the Cluster

Copy the $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil directory from the first node to the $ORACLE_HOME/appsutil directory.->Done
 
Ensure the local listener of the CDB is registered with the Oracle E-Business Suite listener or grid listener and remote listener is
configured pointing to the SCAN listener.

How can we achieve this Ensure the local listener of the CDB is registered with the Oracle E-Business Suite listener. Kindly clarify

By checking/configuring the listener parameters of your db and using lsrnctl status for the local listener to check the services that your local listeners are listening on.
