Information requested on Cutover

Dear Erman,

We are on R12.2.5.Every time we perform cutover,the site level profile option 'Site Name' becoming blank.we are not able to know when our test instances are last refreshed.currently we are manually updating the profile value after every cutover

we want to know if this is normal or is it any bug

I think autoconfig is erasing it.. (autoconfig done during cutover)

the version of your apps context file may be lower than what it is stored in db.

Check table FND_OAM_CONTEXT_FILES -- SERIAL_NUMBER column...

If the db side is higher, then what you are facing is normal.

This note clearly explaing the siuation.. It is for EBS 11i , but you can make it applicable to EBS 12.2 as well.

we have same version in context file and in database.is this creating any problem?

Forget about cutover for a moment.. Do you encounter this problem when you run autoconfig?
