Interpreting CPU's/Cores

Dear Erman,

I have executed the command in one of our test server.We are unable to interpret this output,can you please help here

If, Thread(s) per core = 1  , then no HT.

seems like 4, but it is a vm.. Thats why, I think these cpus are virtual.( assigned by the vm server)
So, these outputs may mislead us.
Ask it to vm server admin. Update me with the outcome.
