I don't know your skills and I don't have your up-to-date CV, but OK I will try to comment on this..
Goldengate is a good thing to follow..
Not everyone know how to use and administer Goldengate and it is the leader for Oracle replications(both
Oracle to Oracle, or Oracle to anywhere else)
So I recommend increasing your knowledge on it. Getting certificates is a good way to increase your knowledge, and it will be good for your CV as well.
Nowadays, Cloud certifications seem promising.. OCI, Amazon, GCP.. You name it..
Nosql side is also good. Mongo, Postgresql and stuff like that.
As for the Oracle certifications, you can get OCP + some other certs.. (such as EBS admin, RAC Admin, Exadata Admin and all that)
MBA or master degree is not required for being a sys admin or engineer. But, if you want to do management, I can recommend doing an MBA.. It makes you see the big picture (from HR to finance, from operations to strategy , from marketing to analysis)
I would also recommend a master on computer science, data science and AI-related areas.
--If I had time now, I would do a physics master :)
Actually It depends on what you are interested in..
Anyways, to sum up; if you want to be a good engineer in these areas, you may consider doing a Computer science master. But again, this is not a must..
These are my recommendations for you.
