2190152.1  "The port pool difference chosen between source and target instance is very less. Multiple managed server exist in the source environment.

We think you can always better clarify us.We humbly request you to make us understand on why we should choose higher port pool during cloning

It means -> If you have multiple managed servers (like oacore_server1,2,3,4 etc..), then it is better use a higher port pool, such as 15..

This way , you prevent contentions on ports.. This is, what the statement in that document, means.
