You are asking about Oracle Linux KVM I guess.
It is the virtualization technology of Oracle.  We used to have Oracle VM Server as you may remember. Actually Oracle VM Server is still used, but you can think KVM as the new virtualization tech of Oracle, continuation of Oracle VM Server, as you may like.
