I would like to know how can I migrate existing Oracle database in Linux to EMC database using LVM.
I found article on how to do Oracle migration online using LVM is that the same or there is a difference.
I need details on howto do it as i'm new to all that

As for your question, we don't care where the luns/disks are coming from. They can be EMC, or any other storage. We are operating on the disk files (/dev/blabla) while we are doing LVM online migrations.
