Migrate EBS from Solaris to RHEL

I need to migrate my current EBS from Oracle Solaris on SPARC 11.4(64bit) to Redhat Linux 8 (64bit).

Please provide me the exact migration procedural path/steps i.e the exact note ID that i should follow.

Which are the exact note ID's i should follow for migrating Database and Application stacks to make this migration successful?

My Current Environment:

EBS Version --> 12.2.7
DB Version  ---> 19.32
OS Version  ---> Oracle Solaris on SPARC on SPARC 11.4(64-bit)
