Just use forms navigations.. I don't see a problem here..

Navigation: System Administrator > Profile > System

Yes in frenche.
In Forms I do not know which check box to find profile option at server level(10005). When I check server and choose a server it returns nothing.

You will write the profile name to the Profile (For Instance ICX:% to query all the profile names starting with ICX) and check the Server Check box to return the Profile values for the Server level.
Once you write the profile that you are interested to the Profile text area and check the server checkbox, use find button to query to the values of them.. You may edit the values once you find them..
