No Backend server available for connection

big
Hi,
On R12.2.9 DB 19c on AIX

A user, at 7 pm,  had received:

No Backend server available for connection : timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF

in access.log we have for 7 pm:
xx.xx.xx.xx- - [12/Apr/2022:19:02:57 +0200] "GET /OA_HTML/jsp/fnd/fnderror.jsp?text=Impossible+d%27ex%E9cuter+la+fonction.+(FUNCTION_ID%3D1032925)&erst=0lRqkADeqMg9wViag.. HTTP/1.1" 200 5486
xx.xx.xx.xx- - [12/Apr/2022:19:07:31 +0200] "GET /OA_HTML/cabo/images/skyros/error.png HTTP/1.1" 200 723
xx.xx.xx.xx- - [12/Apr/2022:19:07:44 +0200] "GET /OA_HTML/cabo/images/skyros/error.png HTTP/1.1" 200 723

Are http 200 nnnn  error message? It seems taht http 200 is not errorand it means that connection is ok.

What other log file (other than access.log) should I look at?

Thanks.

HTTP 200 means just OK. So you don't need to worry about it. It is the access log.. OHS error log would be a better place to look actually..

"No Backend server available blabla.." -> this is a generic error, but it basically occurs whern there is some sort of a disconnect between the Oracle HTTP Server mod_wl_ohs module and Oracle WebLogic Server.

Backend server that is mentioned here is the oacore. Probably oacore is having some issues at that time. Check the oacore log + OHS log and follow the MOS doc named -> Oracle Fusion Middleware 11g - Troubleshooting the Error "Failure of server APACHE bridge" (Doc ID 1304095.1)
