No Manager

Hi,
On R12.2.9 DB 19c on AIX.
I submitted 2 jobs but they are inactive because no manager. I reactivated standard manager and then restarted it (in graphic forms interface). But it did not changed to running (0 actual).

How can I restart it? Does adcmctrl.sh start it? What else can/should I do?

stop them all using adcmctl.sh and start them.. Check the internal manager log to see why those manager are not starting.. It seems you have a general problem, maybe your node name in your conc queues is wrong.. Just guessing.. Internal manager log will tell you actual the reason.. Once you see the reason, you will analyze your env , take corrective actions and try to start your managers..
