OAF page error-Request Entity Too Large

Dear Erman,

While processing the ebill,we are facing the below errors.could you please help us

Request Entity Too Large
The server is refusing to process the request because the request data is larger than the server is willing or able to process, or the resource /OA_HTML/OA.jsp does not allow the method POST specified.

we tried bouncing the server but still facing the same error.

we are on 12.2.5,i found below note but not sure if it is applicable because there is no such parameter  WLIOTimeoutSecs in mod_wl_ohs.conf file

yes. it is applicable.
If there is no entry like that, then it is probably taking the default.
Add the following if properly, in the right place;
 WLIOTimeoutSecs 900

It is not written in the document, but you may need to restart OHS after this modification as well.
