Hi Erman,
Oracle has advised to use datapump for initial load to preserve the OID of XML records.
Could you please advise if we can use export chunks as alternative to normal export. Noticed when high transactions occur on the table source, export slows down.. hangs
#!/bin/bash
chunk=5
i=0
while [ $i -lt $chunk ]
do
nohup expdp \'/ as sysdba\' flashback_scn=5501299831109 TABLES=T24PROD.FBNK_STMT_ENTRY QUERY=T24PROD.FBNK_STMT_ENTRY:\"where mod\(dbms_rowid.rowid_block_number\(rowid\)\, ${chunk}\) = ${i}\" directory=EXPDPT24PROD dumpfile=FBNK_STMT_ENTRY_${i}.dmp logfile=FBNK_STMT_ENTRY_${i}.log &
echo $i
i=`expr $i + 1`
done
