OPP not coming up....ref old thread unable to authenticate session.

Dear Erman sir,

As per your advice, I have opened a new thread , as per my previous thread "unable to authenticate session", after changes in Applications_Database_id  profile to Blank, bounce the application and now able to EBS home for both Prod & DR in same firefox sessions  but Output post processor not coming up in DRopp_error.JPG.

screenshot are attached.

Need your advice to fix it.

Check the log of OPP. What does it say?

Internal manager log error .



Routine AFPEIM encountered an error while starting concurrent manager FNDCPOPP.
The manager is not able to start properly.  
The manager has been put on a SYSTEM HOLD to allow the system administrator to address the issue.  
When addressed, the "Fixed" button on the Administer Managers screen can be pressed to restart the manager.

Do you see anything in the OPP log itself?

Note that, you may check the following MOS note.. It may suit your case..

Hi sir,

I will follow your mentioned note but the question is when I set Application_Database_id profile to PROD in Dr site,  no issue in OPP but we cannot open multiple EBS page in same browser tab and unable to authenticate error occurred.

after changes in Application_database_id profile to Blank , EBS page are opened for both PROD & DR in same firefox session with 2 different tab but now OPP are down in DR. it is quite strange.

Kindly explain this point sir.

Interesting.

Check your fnd_concurrent_queues as well..
the value of NODE_NAM may be wrong for OPP.. This can also be the cause.. Also check values of other columns and ensure all are set to the value they suppose to be set.

that note I ve sent you will help you in any case, cause there we have redirections to Concurrent Manager Recovery wizard, and that may also fix certain things in your concurrent processing environment.
