Oracle Database 12.1.0.2 to 19c non-CDB upgrade

Good Day.

I am trying to upgrade from 12.1.0.2 to 19c a non-CDB DB single node. If you could please help with an accurate document or instructions.

It is a full upgrade activity including EBS 12.2.6--->12.2.12 after DB upgrade.

It seems you will upgrade your EBS and you will also upgrade a core db(not related with EBS)

For EBS side;

Use Oracle Support.. The readme of EBS 12.2.12.. Start from there.  --Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.12 Readme (Doc ID 2876726.1)
