Oracle EBS on Mobile Browser

Hello Erman,

My mobile approval application is not working on android mobile, not even on other mobiles. Everything is configured according to doc provided by oracle support which includes all the patches post and pre applied, Roles, Configuration file template looks alright. But mobile application is not working. So oracle support told me to access your application on mobile browser which I did but I am not able to access the application login page. It gives me _probe_finished_nxdomain error not suddenly but after showing me that it will redirect me to the application link and then this error comes up. Our application is SSL disabled. Can you please what do I have to do to at least access application on mobile browser I mean its a certificate issue but ssl is disabled, host file entry etc. Thanks in advance.

Other things I need to tell you Application release is 12.2.9
From pc cmd I can ping both with the ip and hostname of the application
From mobile I downloaded ping application and I am only able to ping with the ip and not with the hostname.

Mobile Foundation release 8.0 and all the patches applied and check by the oracle support.

The whole error is probably -> DNS_probe_finished_nxdomain

You probably have a network problem/misconfiguration and that's why you can't access the MWA services from your mobile. Check with your network admin.
