Oracle EM is not working

Oracle EM is not working messaging your database is down, so db is open and sysman account was
lock , i reopen sysman user but still have problem in EM.

What kind of enterprise manager is this? Cloud control? 11g, 12c? Which one?

Please provide log files and screenshots which will let me understand the problem..
